WATER - Make sure you bring water, this class is a high intensity fitness class and you will need to stay hydrated.
Lisa has been teaching Zumba® Fitness since 2007 when she first took a Zumba® Fitness workshop. Before teaching Zumba® Fitness she created and taught a Latin Cardio class to Latin style aerobic beats which was a unique class to the area. She started this class and taught it in various gyms since 2003. When Zumba® Fitness was introduced, it was a very easy transition for Lisa to understand the Latin Rhythms and the concept of Zumba® Fitness. One thing special about Zumba® Fitness is the instructor has a lot of flexibility on the music and moves. Lisa's experience and certifications in both fitness and dance makes Zumba® Fitness with Lisa different than Zumba® Fitness anywhere else providing her participants with an experience like no other.
